Thanks! Same trails I take it? I heard that run was a blast. How long do you think you will be out on the trails for?

I'll be there; but I don't know if I want to do any serious wheeling in a new truck. Maybe I'll bring my stock jeep instead.

I'm still a maybe, I'll know by the end of the day Saturday. I'm renovating my house so if I can get a good amount of work done Saturday then I'll take a break Sunday.

Based on what I've read, can someone who's run this trail confirm it's stock friendly or list rig requirements? I'm only slightly lifted on A/T tires and my truck is my livelihood. I've only got that crappy non-TRD recovery point in the front but a receiver shackle on the rear. No straps but it sounded like some of the others may have extras just in case (although I'm assuming if you stick to the main trail you shouldn't need them).

NVM, Mach1Man cleared it up while I was typing!

Very stock friendly course. Shouldnt be any problem what we got (numerous tacomas) to pull people out. And hey.... according to this site Taco's never get stuck and with a MassHole behind the wheel we'll all be fine! Wont have my custom TRD decals by then though :(

Might swing by, it depends on whether or not my student loan goes through since I have a bad tendency to stop at every auto shop and Home Depot wherever I go.

I think there is a section of one of them where the side is over grown a bit. May need to chop a couple pricker vines out of the way but thats about it. My friend with her brand new JK drove these trails and didn't complain about anything giving her a hard time. With the jeep you might be more willing to try some of the harder stuff;)

Yep what he said. On the toy's for tots a run a 2WD ford ranger had no issues.

For those of you with stock trucks you should have worries, these trucks are more than capable off road. All my truck has is after market wheels, AT tires and 5100s up front and it had no issues the first time I took it offroad last month.

Just go slow and watch your lines.

Some pics from my first time offroad.
