So this is my second taco, but first real off road trip. I used to have an 06 TRD Sport Access Cab 6speed, but last November someone decided to run a redlight and re-arranged my front end. After this, I switched over to a 2013 DCLB. Now I thought I loved my 06, but this 2013 is just awesome.

I was invited out to Peter's Mill Run in Virginia, and decided to give it a try. My Tacoma has no suspension work done, but I did upgrade from the 16in steelies to 17inch FJ Alloys, and LTX AT/2's. I was initially worried about how it would handle, but after driving the 18 mile trail, concluded that these machines are just [IMG] !

Here are a few shots from the day that I wanted to share with the community.

Happy 4th of July Eve everyone!

Nice, I don't have the balls to take my 12' in the woods yet but I do have a Land Cruiser for those type of things. :D

Glad to hear it handled itself in stock form. Pics look good.

Yes it is. I came down from Carroll County, and took just over 2 hours. It was a beautiful drive though, so time passed fairly quickly.

Thanks dude, yes we did! With snow season upon us, trying to get down there again to make it a little more difficult. My jeep friends are still asking about scheduling another trip.

I'm trying to find a trail to take my new Taco on. I'm new to off roading and a 1st time Taco owner. Have the 2023 trd off road 4x4 with lift kit. 2inch in the front/ 1inch in the back??. What do you think about this being my 1st trail?
