Flares look like something off a Ford Ranger IMO. Other than that it looks great!

Do you think the flares will help keep mud off the side of the truck? I know people with spacers or aftermarket rims get a lot of mud on the truck. I wonder if this would be a solution instead of running mud flaps.

I thought Bushwacker only made falres for the long bed? How did you get them to fit?

they are the bushwacker flares, they made them special for this truck since it was going to a show. They stick out about an inch and a half more than the stock ones. Also you just give bushwacker your paint code and they will paint and drill all the wholes for you. I think they retail for around $400

actually there is no silver on the truck, the bolts in the wheels i had powder coated white like the truck

I don't know when you bought yours but they mass produce these flares for the short bed now. I had oringinally heated up & molded the long bed ones to fit my short bed over about a year and a half ago. I have had the short bed bushwackers sitting in my garage for about 3 months now...they are getting painted along with a sport hood this friday.

    Truck looks bad ass btw!

Edit: I got my flares from autoanything(dot)com they were about 420 or so
