    I don't have a Tacoma yet..

    But seriously considering one.

    I currently have a Subaru forester..

    But' I'd like to do a little bit more of offroading..

    Hopefully soon, I can post a new thread saying "I GOT MY TACO!!"


    I hear 95-2K tacos have rust problems, Will I be avoiding all the rust problems if I buy a 02-04 tacos?

    I believe this is true. I haven't heard of anyone with an 01 and up have frame rust problems.

    heck if you find a taco that has rust problems buy it cheap from the person then take it to the dealership and tell them to buy it from you because its rusted haha. I have heard of one case of a rust problem on an 04' i believe but that was it, i could be wrong so dont hold it against me haha. Welcome to this wonderful site!
