I went with the Mastercraft Courser AXT's. They are made by Cooper. The treads look very similar.

With wife approval I reserved a set of FN Five Stars from the next batch of matte bronze that arrive.
Made an appt. with Pep Boys to get some Cooper Adventurer ATs installed too.

Super pumped! This is the last BIG thing for my truck. Everything else on the list is smaller replacement (bed mat) or upgrade stuff (LR UCAs) save for the Avid light bar. I'll put that off until next Fall.
If I did it over again, I would've done tires & wheels first rather than exhaust and CAI. I'm mulling over headers down the line... :)

All installed. Alignment took two hours and twenty minutes. Pepboys alignment guy was DONE with life by the time he finished. I'll post the specs when I get home. It takes the cake and UCAs are definitely the next thing I do.

What in the world could throw me out so bad? I turn right intoy work parking lot every day. It's a minor bump. There's an unavoidable pothole on my way home. I hit the right front almost every day.

I know the answer: ditch stock UCAs and get LR UCAs. They're next on my list. I promise. Poor Pepboys mechanic worked on my truck for two hours and twenty minutes!

Sucks for that guy! When I got mine done, it took him 20-30 mins to dial in what I wanted. Granted he's been doing lifted trucks for a long time and is familiar with how Light Racing works

    Good looking truck!

85 miles into these Coopers and they're only slightly louder at highway speed. I chalk that up to aerodynamics rather than road noise. They stick out a good 1-1.5" on each side. Acceleration seems slightly labored. I find myself doing 2k rpm where I usually go 1800 rpm. Handling is slightly less responsive. I changed tire size from 265/65/17 to 265/75/16.

My drive shaft has been rather clanky since the weather changed. My first thought was drive shaft angle issues & shims due to my lift job from the spring. My second thought was "maybe the u-joints just need a little lube." I crawled under with my grease gun and found zero zerks at the joints from front to back. I've looked at pics online but I've found none on my truck. Is this a non-serviceable drive shaft?

I'm under a 2013 dcsb Prerunner. So now I'm back to worrying about drive shaft angles.

Looking good. Have me inspired on the lift kit you bought. I've been comparing the two you were looking at. How are the 884's with the DC? I've read around that 885's are recommended on DC.

I've been fine with the 884s. I would like to do UCA's next for highway speeds. Gets a little twitchy in the wind. I didnt go 885s, though I probably should've. My 884s set at .85 haven't settled one bit and I've had this set up for nearly 11 months. I had an alignment when I got new wheels & tires in September. It's been driving straight and true for the past five months. From what I've read the 885s and 884s have same compression rate but the 885s are slightly longer. I was hoping for 2.5" lift up front and no more, to maintain a little rake. The 884s at .85 gave me exactly 3". I didn't want to go that high. 5100s in back too with Deaver 1.5-2" AAL. Hasn't settled, but sure is squishy with weight in the back. I driver local papers from time to time and 3,200 issues of the latest arts & entertainment mag make it sag a good 1"+ in the back.

Yeah, but a full leaf pack might solve your issue
