1998 Tacoma, regular cab, black

Landeau cover

Hello peeps, bought a 1998 tacoma today, 130K miles, regular cab, 2.4...it's super clean inside and out, pristine bed with hard toneau cover.

Questions...

Installing a lift kit (nothing drastic)
Can just the Cab be painted (oxidation on roof top)
What to put for a bed liner (have dogs, getting cap, don't want them sliding)
The back of the cab has no carpet or sound barrier, painted metal (what to put there to quiet the road noise)
