Finally broke down and purchased an 08 Prerunner double cab and there the best. A small 3in lift was installed and it's perfect. Want to learn how to leave the fog lights on without the running lights?

Welcome to TW from AZ. I haven't tried the method that beerye posted, I did the "fog lights al Caribe style" one and it looks nice. Haven't seen my fogs come on with the keys out of the ignition though, plus it looks neater and I don't have to bend any relay or splice any wires. But, to each their own.

Yes, I completed that and it works perfect. They even stay on with your brights. I'm just curious if when HID are installed in fog lights, will it cause the new wire to burn due to being more power.
