97 Tacome LX, 4x4,5spd

So I'm buying a 97 tacoma and I want to lift it. My goal is to fit 32/11.5R15 on Mickey Thompson side biter's on it. How much lift should I put under it? And who makes good lifts? I don't think i need a ton of lift since it already has 31" BFG A/T's on it
