The first time I saw the interior from a distance at the dealership....I thought it was leather. Really, I don't care for leather all that much. Leather gets real hot here in South Carolina during the summer months.

I've got a set of luverne step rails and although not needed much as she sits now when I lift her she'll need them. Just get quality ones mine are tube steel so they double as sliders comes in handy off road

To each their own, then again the summer down in Texas is probably worse but nothing a sunshade doesn't solve.

I went to a Infantry school in Texas back in '09 during July.....it was real hot. I think when I went, that area of Texas was going through a pretty good drought. What I can remember is that it was a dry heat. Its much different than SC heat. Its very humid here in my part of South Carolina and it can be plain out miserable.

Black looks better with the red truck IMO. I went with NFAB's. Very happy with them.

Congratulations on the new truck, I actually bought one in SC from Toyota of Greenville in Jan when I was down there on a business trip and drove it back to Michigan. Tacos are few and far between up here. As for the steps/nerf bars, my truck had them already on it but I took them off, they seemed to high and close to the cab to be useful.
