I have a 2017 DB Cab Short Bed with a camper top (hard shell taco). My goal, after a lot of research, is I'd like a 2" lift front and back to make room for bigger tires probably just 17"s, currently running the stock 16"s. I don't care about leveling out. I've bought Bilstein 5100s adjustable shocks all around. I've got the OME 887 springs which I'll install on the Bilstein lowest setting which should give me about the 2" lift in the front.
Now my questions are for the back, the Bilsteins alone are supposed to give me about an 1" lift so it would be cheaper to just add a leaf (looking at the Deaver single leaf from Headstrong) or would it be better to add a new leaf pack (looking at the OME Dakar leaf packs) since I have camper top.
Also, any advice if you think I will need UCAs for the front?
Lastly, some advice of where to get some decent, inexpensive wheels? I don't want flashy expensive ones. Thanks in advance for your help and sorry for the length of this.

You’ll want a leaf pack to maintain the rear lift over duration with the camper top. You’ll find differing opinions about UCAs with moderate lifts. The rule of thumb is you don’t “need” UCAs up to 2.5” of lift. But they are always recommended with any lift. The main reason is alignment purposes, but they do also help travel. Personally, lifted just over 2” in the front with stock UCAs and aligned perfectly fine. I don’t have any input on wheels. I kept the stock OR wheels and put on some black vinyl inlays to cover the chrome (sold by @PikestacoSister)

You mentioned in your post that rear Bilstein's alone, give you 1" of lift. This is not true, they are longer for an 1" of lift, provide no lift at all.
