I finally got some time to go out in my new taco. I took wife and kids, we decided to go out to mt pilchuck since it was convenient and easy.
We ended up stopping at one of my favorite shooting spots for lunch. It's been several years and I'd never been there there when there wasn't snow on the ground. It's a mess :(
I was wondering if any shooters on the forum might want to get together and do a clean up day?

Any way, here are a few pictures

Disgusting…and people wonder why the FS is gating all of the local forest roads.

I realize this is not indicative of all shooters, but WTF??? How do people think this is ok?

I'm game for a cleanup as long as we do some shooting that day! Pilchuck is around 2 hrs from Seattle, right?

Yeah. It's out by granite falls. It's not a bad drive. Maybe I can get a few of my buddies to show up too.

Holy thread revival, Batman! I just saw this. I always clean up after I shoot anywhere; even other people's trash that they were too inconsiderate to pick up. We took part in a giant cleanup at the Lyman pit a couple years ago up in Sedro Wooley/Lyman. We are always in for cleaning up and shooting in Granite (I thought everywhere was closed down over there). I am close to 92 in Marysville. Ping me if you want to go. I am available most weekends.

Yes! We should go do a clean up. I'm pretty busy lately, but hopefully we can plan a trip sooner than later

Just discovered a shooting spot way up on the forest road 4030 that leads to the Boardman lake trail. Not the same spot is it?
