I have noticed the last 2 days (temps being around 15-20 degrees) that my first turn out of my neighborhood in the morning my truck has lagged for about a half second. I have had my ATF checked and filled to the correct levels by Toyota. I also have ECT PWR on.

I find it weird that it has only done it on my first right turn out of my neighborhood. I apply gas and then start to turn and it feels like it looses power or lags for a half a second.

    Any ideas?

This is without any warming up before my drive, FYI.

Are you jumping in the truck and just taking off? I would at least let the truck run for 30 to 60 seconds so the fluids can flow through the system..

Some mornings yes, I will wait a min or 2 tomorrow morning and see if it happens again.

I agree with DragNasty. Just because modern vehicles will cleanly carburete at low temperatures, due to very good electronic fuel and ignition systems, it doesn't mean that they are immune to the laws of physics. Thermal expansion of the internals is still part of the process of designing an engine.
