First upgrade. New ceramic tint all around. 40% on the windshield and 15% on everything else.

You would have been safer just starting with a bed mat as your first mod. Now that you've gone this direction, you need some blacked out taillights, drop in LED headlights, raptor lights and a hood scoop.

Ceramic tinted on mine since 2013 and still looks brand new. Kne of the better "mods" done.

 

I won’t own a vehicle without windshield tint living in the south. Taco has it, wife’s t4r has it, he’ll my 65 yr old in-laws have it on their vehicles. Way to hot and bright down here not to have it imo.

The cop pulling you over is the most simple problem you will have with it, and most of that is a fix it ticket.

First, heat. I agree, tint on the windshield can keep a lot of heat out of the car. But you can get that heat rejection with tint that still allows 80-99% visible light. Anything darker is for looks

as for the major problem, it’s liability. All you need is a minor fender bender, one that could be the other persons fault. If anyone, anyone at all, points out the tint every party may try and blame it on you. Again, even if the accident is not your fault the other insurance company will look to pass the blame to you and your insurance company will quickly look to NOT be the sucker holding the bill.

Tread carefully, windshield tint is a way to get screwed by the lawyers quickly.

 

In Columbus. Zeibart did it and no its perfect doesn't affect my vision in any way. Should also be noted I have near 20/20 vision. I thought for sure it would be too much bit after I got in my buddies truck with the same tint setup I was sold!
