    never thought about that, ill have to see what the stores have next time i go

    on another note, anyone have any good recipes for a crock pot? i just picked one up and im hoping to use it for healthier food

    Made this post workout protein shake came out way better than i thought it would taste so i wanna share.

    2 cups frozen berry mix(rass,blue,black,straw)
    8 fl oz of carrot juice
    100g frozen baked sweet potato
    3 scoop mts whey

    that's it for the flavor part of the shake below is just the supps i put in it probly has nothing to do with flavor.

    6 scoops non flavor bcaa
    1 scoop ai cycle suopport
    1 scoop myogenix pro fiber

    Perfect baked sweet potato.

    1. Scrub potato with water
    2. Cut ends off and rub with olive oil
    3. Bake open on tray at 425f for 1 hr.
    4. Let cool. Skin peels off with no effort
    5. Enjoy

    Don't know if you guys tried this before but i just tried it yesterday for breakfast.
    Boil some water, cut up some sweet potato cook till tender, crack two whole eggs in water, boil till the yoke is almost cooked but still runny, pour into a bowl and put couple packs of splenda in it. It taste so freaking good!!!! and it has fat from yoke, protein from egg whites and carbs from sweet potato.

    Heading to SAMs tomorrow for bulk items like talapia, chicken, eggs, spinach, and bananas

    I like them with coconut oil and mrs dash. Really tastey.

    I wasn't fond of the taste of coconut oil. From what I heard they have flavorless. I should try that.

    i use coconut oil and it doesnt taste like anything, at least i dont taste it. i didnt even know there was a flavored coconut oil.

    Really? I got the trader joes coconut oil and it's pretty potent with taste.

    yup, i use louana from food lion...out of curiosity i googled it and people arent fans of it haha, i guess its not the highest quality. regardless, i dont notice a difference in taste compared to regular oils.
