That's fine. You have been on a lot of diets at 21 years old.

It's not your diet, it's your life style. When you get a bit older you are going to lose your metabolism. All of a sudden you have to eat healthier, lower fat and less crap. You can go work out for 2 hours a day, but if you don't eat right you aren't doing anything good for your body. At the end of this 30 days on this, will I change things up a bit? Possibly. Maybe I will throw some sort of dairy back in, maybe some whole wheats.

But in the years I have gone up and down in weight, its all about what you eat. I deploy for 4 months at a time usually and I work out like no other. But if I don't eat right I don't lose. Give me a plan I can be happy about, and can follow, I won't quit it. Weight will stay off.

And on that note, I'm just saying a diet works to help you get where you want to be. Sticking to the diet is the hard part, and the main reason for a diet failure is lack of will power. Diet's do work for people who have the will to make them work.

I tried the damn visalus shakes. Those sucked. Taste great, but there was no way I could drink just shakes.

Hey to all the paleo dieters out there. Do you use supplements? Shakes... pre and post workouts. I'm researching all that I can this weekend and going to start paleo monday.

Only things i'm taking are bcaa's and vitamin packs. Not many proteins out there that don't have any wheat based properties.

have any of you guys heard of prograde workout? is it any good? i dont really want to add weight, more like replace fat weight with muscle weight although i know i should gain a little. ive been told its good and read/watched a few reviews saying its good. i just want to get a few more opinions before i go buy it since it is less for the same price as what i could get from another brand.
