Takes it's time to get used to the cravings, but they stop in 2 weeks.

I'd try out doing a huge breakfast and 2 smaller meals for now on if you want. Or at least give it a try. You'd be amazed at how little you actually want to eat the rest of the day.

I chop up all my veggies and ham the night before, and then throw it in the pan with coconut or olive oil and add in 3 eggs and scramble it together. I need to find something else soon since eggs are starting to become bland.

Veggies include broccoli, jalapenos, tomatoes, spinach, green and red peppers.

I know man. I got WAY out of shape between getting married in May and the wife getting pregnant. I have lost 28lbs since the 15th.

I need to find some other stuff to do for breakfast. It really is getting old. I keep switching it up a little here and there. I also have noticed between me buying cage/antibiotic free eggs that they taste 10x better than regular (when the wife goes shopping ).

I don't but the wife does. And I see recipes online all the time. I need to actually start cooking them a lot more. I don't eat much for dinner these days though. My main meals are breakfast and lunch, and then a light dinner before I go to bed.

I have The Fresh Market right down the street. I'm stocked up on some tilapia and salmon right now in the fridge. I'll probably cook some of it up tonight. I still need to finish off the pork loin I have in the fridge from last week .
And they aren't really any more expensive than others.

It's about $14lb for wild sockeye. But you can see how fresh it is... SOOOO pink in color. I need to start getting some bison and a food processor to make my burgers.
