I started with no spacers and had rubbing. Tried 1.5" spacer and rubbed a bit on the fenders. 1" helped a lot. Wonder what 0.75" spacer would do, but I would need to replace or cut my studs.

Just got back from the shop and they kicked ass. They got my caster to 3.3ish on both sides and I don't rub at all anymore except in reverse. I'm sure I can get it to rub by extreme driving, but right now I can do u turns again without rubbing.

I do have to get use to the driving feel. Not sure how I feel about it right now.

I'm running 33x 10.5 BFG MT with bilstein 5100s at 1.5 inch front lift and 0 rear on a 2000 with stock rims. Pinch weld mod and fender liners wamed with a torch and re molded to the fire wall. No rubbing at full stuff. They just barley rub the frame at full lock. I love them.

Yeah, I'll probably switch to a 10.5 later in the year. With everything I have done, a 10.5 will hopefully eliminate all rubbing.

Alright, finally found a setup that works with 33x12.5x15. Just had to listen to the forum.

    - SPC UCAs set to D position
    - Find a shop willing to set caster to atleast 3.3 degrees. It's doable so if a shop says they can't do it, find another shop.
    - pinch weld mod
    - and a must do, 15x8 wheels with 3.75" of back space

So far, no rubbing anywhere under normal commuting, u turns, backing up while full lock. I'm sure I can make it rub with enough flex and articulation, but I don't encounter that at all on a daily.20210602_200034.jpg
