This mine 285 75 16 Falkens, foto is zoomed in from my porch cause to lazy atm, but it fit with some manipulation as you wind up the chain. I have plenty clearance on the diff and about 1.5” on the exhaust.

Did you have to do a cmc with 285s and the spidertrax?

Yes, I did. The spacers cause more rubbing than without so there's no way around it. First time doing anything with an angle grinder. Not hard at all.

Doesn’t Ecu read wheel speed sensors?

Ok. Did the spare tire hoist assembly relocation mod. It hoists up fine now but I noticed the tire is a little lower in the back now. My driveway is on a slight incline so I will have to try hoisting it on a level surface and see what it looks like.

Where are wheel speed sensors located? Never heard of them. I put one 285 on the truck with three 265s to test fit it the other day. I drove around several miles and the truck didn't explode.

That’s cool. Figured the computer would monitor ABS sensors and see one wheel was spinning more than the other and freak out.

Lol... I didn't know if that was yet another sensor I've never heard of. Actually the wheels spin different speeds every time you go around a turn.

Like this. 285 70 17. Doesn’t rub diff or exhaust. Or anything for that matter.

Yeah I’m guessing ecu has a margin for allowable wheel speed difference. Or if wheel speed differences are linear while turning.

I have a 285/70/17 that fits by just by bending the tabs.

If you wheel hard, the diff will hit the spare at some point.

I like the look, but these trucks overhang so much already. Seems like the mid to lower ones (like the hitch mounts) would get in the way on the trail.

It’s not bad, it’s a high clearance model.

Finally got the matching tire/wheel as a spare 285/70-17. Just now did my best to fit it in the spare location with Zero modification. I pulled it towards the driver side as it rubbed bad to the exhaust. Don’t have time now but i definitly need to hammer thr guide brackets soon.

Exhaust side: Way too close even after pulling it towards the driver side.

Driver side: Yep rubs bad here!

    Diff side:

Drop the chain and shift it back about an inch. Helps a lot

Is that an awning mounted on your bed racks?
