Quick question: looking on the site it's hard to tell. Do all of the LT kits come with extended axles, or just the upgraded options?

Axles are sold separate, you can either purchase axles only or The complete 934 kit with axles

The 1.5-1 quickner is that 1.5 input rotations to 1 output or vice versa? And why do you choose it? I can understand 1.5 input to 1 output to increase leverage for larger tires but not sure I would want to speed up wheel movement. One more? Is: do you choose toe in or toe out with the long travel kit? Thanks

1 input gives you 1.5 output... so when your sliding sideways at 60mph you aren’t turning the steering wheel a bunch of times to straighten it back out, it’s a must have for an off road truck.

1/8” toe in always no matter the vehicle

The best part is gonna be when you partner with them and offer their kit plus your rack saver for only $1500

curious to hear the reasoning behind this.

I’ve always been told you want 1/16” or 1/32” toe in, but lately I’ve been having alignment problems and trashing my tires after a few thousand miles. The outer lugs are wearing unevenly where the forward lug wears down more the than the rear most one, causing ruble strip feeling at low speeds.

Alignment is “good” but not great. Air pressure is also fine, running 31psi cold on 35’s so it’s probably a tad over inflated.

    Yes
1/16 per side equates to 1/8 total toe. The reason for 1/8 toe is called steer ahead. In a rear wheel drive vehicle the front tires are forced/spread apart and the larger your tire and sidewall is the more flex enters that equation amplifying it.

yeah I knew that much. I thought he meant 1/8” toe in per side not total.

Where do you do most of your driving? Hwy or slower city/surface streets and how spirited is your driving?

98% highway for my daily commute.. In the corners on some of the back roads around my house I may or may not drive it like it’s a race car. :anonymous:

what center of gravity? I take it you have the sway bar on?

Is there any slop in the steering or suspension? Might explain weird geometries that don't show up sitting perfectly flat on the alignment table.

    sway bar, no. Lol

center of gravity, no clue. My truck is 5960lbs with driver (220lb).

My lower ball joints in the front could stand to be replaced, busted boots, but no play as far as my alignment guy and I can tell. They are on the list to get replaced ASAP and put in Bison alignment cam stops to lock in the alignment.
