I haven’t measured the difference between the arms but in all the pictures you can tell there is added length at the pivot area. It looks similar in the spindle end of the arms. I would imagine similar backspace wheels would still be a problem on +4. PNG image.jpg

    Too many to remember
The shock is pulled 1/4” back on the +4 kit so you can get away with a 4” BS wheel

Harry, have you thought about making stock-length lower arms? I have the LCA pivot kit and UCA's and would like to keep everything JD Fab rather than go with TC or Dirt king.

Harry has also said he can add the uni-ball pivots to replace the bushings and reinforce the arm. Not sure what reinforcement he does but regardless it is what I will have him do to mine. Remember the number one reason to build new uppers is to reposition the upper ball joint position/adjust the geometry.

If you need a hand with anything JD fab related, I'm happy to help!

Been talking to Harry a bit about getting some stock LCA uniballs conversion kits if they ever get some time! I know they are busy!

Debating whether or not to purchase spindles with the double shear steering tabs. Is it worth running the heim joint tie rod end over factory if you are stock width and running the factory steering rack setup?

I have quite a few pieces and parts on the way. Steering tabs included. Harry welded those in. The way I understand it, and someone can elaborate better than me or correct me if I'm way off, you get max benefit when combined with the Slide Rack because of how it accounts for and corrects the bump steer or angle in which the tie rods attach to the knuckle. I also went with the Howe PS Pump kit. This should help take the wiggle out of the steering with the 35s with increased line pressure. I think there are benefits to the Double Shears alone in terms of tighter tolerances and durability.

I’m currently setup that way and love it. In the dirt it’s just feels more solid. Granted I do have the slide rack installed.
