My factory flares arent long for the world. I keep breaking clips and its becoming more troublesome than anything. Which glass did you go with?

McNeil, they're the only ones that make +2 as far as I know. I asked them and that's measured off of the factory flare, so maybe ~3.5" extra coverage vs what I have now.

How does glass hold up for tight trails and trees? I’m always on a tree when I ride.

Probably not well since fiberglass is rigid. That's why I only bought +2, so I'll still have a few inches of poke. For me, my front end is never on trees. It's my bedsides that are constantly getting shoved into them.

Yeah, glass is terrible with anything impact related. And honestly its just all around terrible for longevity. I know a couple guys with glass bodied jeeps and they start cracking apart in a couple of years.

My front doesn’t get it quite as bad as the bedsides. I thought about getting glass, but with the new wheels I’ll only be at an inch more poke per side with the +2.25. Should help to stay off the banks and trees a little. I like the wings on my brute force bumper but they do nothing to save my tail lights haha8C846ADC-BE8C-4D30-970E-C06F8B8E634B.jpg

Absolutely love the quality, I do wanna say this towers will not work with a frame notch. The shock cannot go down anymore on lower mount and at that you are still hitting ubolts, Ubolt plate, leaf springs, axle tube, and the bolts for the hubs. Sad to say but I’ll be cutting these towers off for a bed cage. Other than that the kit is awesome!! Disclaimer the poor judgment on wether this would work is my fault @81Trekker warned me this is a recipe for disaster.

The towers will work no problem with the notch, you have to change to a welded loop rod end

I don’t really get that because I had to lower the shock mount almost 7” lower just like I was emailing Jesse about and even then the shock body was hitting everything. And I’m not sure how you got these shocks to fit cause they were rubbing everything within the shock mount just sitting there not even being cycled.

See the pics, everything clears no problem. If you change the lower eyelet to a welded loop you can get an additional 2” of up travel
