Does anyone have an IFS skid they are taking off when going to the JD pivot kit that they are looking to get ride of? Preferably in need of some TLC. I'm going to cut it up and hope I can make it work for my truck.

My Mobtown steel skidplate is taking up space in my garage...but I doubt you want to make a trip to MN to get it.

Speaking from experience, I've slapped a UPS label on a used, steel gas tank skid (zero packaging) and it made it to where it's going.

These worked well. Just needed to make minor cutouts for the limit strap tab and brake line.

Ha, we were just talking about that. It's not like you're going to damage it during shipping.

The poor kid at UPS having to accept this 60 lb boogie board of steel did not look pleased.

It'll work well if you're planning on chopping it up anyway because you'd be surprised at how good UPS is at fucking up stuff.

I gotta order these for myself. Sick of everything in my engine bay getting nasty after one mud puddle.

They’re worth the price after getting them in hand. Way nicer than I could DIY.

Just my two cents which is typically worth about .02 cents in bitcoin ... but I think I would have left a flap covering the top of the UCA arms to keep the bushings covered from mud too ? ie; instead of cutting that bit out just slice it up either side to create a flap that moves with the UCA

These are precut, so that’s not an option unless I DIY. This is mainly to minimize crap from getting sprayed onto the front of the engine since that eats up bearings.

I lost my front crank seal to dirt. Ate up the balancer too. All part of the fun I guess.

All I know is I don’t wanna play in mud anymore… I packed my steering rack full which is now leaking because of it, lost the front crank seal and I’m pretty sure my alternator is on the way. But unfortunately if you wheel here, you’d best be ready for some greasy stinky mud.

Just a little teaser for you fellas... Harry and Jesse are some of the best fabricators we have had the pleasure of working with and it was a blast hosting them down in Florida at the YotaMafia HQ. They did a killer install of Slide rack with dual sheer steering kit, +2.25 kit with 934 CV upgrade, Fox bumps, Lower pivot kit and UCA brace. These guys got the entire install done so fast it was insane!!! I must say prepping for the install sucked but it was worth it jumping her like an 18 year old on spring break within 10 minutes of it being on the ground. it handles like a dream lands like butter and is all beef! And yes Harry is pretty much famous at this point i guess

YotaMafia as of October 1 will be the exclusive east coast distributor for all JD fab long travel kits and accessories... we are waiting until October 1 because that is when our stocking order of their products will arrive along with a fat pallet of coil-overs to match.
