I’ll play around with it some more. Should I shoot for more positive camber less castor? What would bring the toe in 1-2” total from what it is now without adjusting the tie rods?

I’ll try some more adjustments but I’m banking on there being a length difference in the aftermarket inners or outers. I don’t see how that much more adjustment could be obtained from the slots. Let’s say my castor and camber are totally off, I should still have enough room to toe straight by adjusting the tie rods. I shouldn’t be even eyeball close aligned and maxed out on the tie rods.

Castor/camber will change the toe more than you think. Couple inches easy depending where everything is at.

If anything I’m very slightly negative on the camber based on throwing a level on the tire, which would pull the toe out. If I went max inboard on the cams I’d be way too positive camber and I doubt I’d have enough room to adjust toe. Caster won’t affect toe besides the fact that it is altered when camber is altered. Maybe I’m totally off, but have been able to rough in alignments thus far without issue. At least good enough to drive it to the shop. I’ve never maxed out the adjustment on a tie rod though.

I’m no expert, and low down on the intelligent totem pole in this thread for sure, so if I can’t figure it out I’ll throw the OEM cams back in and take it to a shop then match the settings with the taco tabs if possible.

You can always do what I do and just throw a tack weld on the oem cams so it doesn’t move. Then you get all the adjustability you want and it won’t move.

That and witness marks might be the best bet. I have to somehow get the toe in before driving it to a shop though. It’s that bad. I’ll play around some more. Maybe I hit a rough spot or grime when trying to adjust the tie rod and thought it was maxed out. Who knows.

Rear is all the way outboard and front is in the middle. The key to having the same on both sides is having your ride height level side to side.

Idk what my caster is actually at but since I have a basic understanding of how it all plays together, I’m sure I’m around the 3°-4° mark. Camber at 0 measured with a digital angle finder, toe 1/8” in done with a tape measure. Truck drives great, no pulling. Tires wear evenly too.

That’s exactly where I started and brought the camber in (positive) by moving inboard on the passenger side symmetrically. My passenger side has needed that for as long as I can remember. So ours are pretty much the same yet I’m out of toe adjustment

And before anyone says every truck is different, that’s true to an extent, but they are made within a certain level of conformity that wouldn’t account for a wild amount of difference in toe between two trucks modified similarly. I think the problem is in the tie rods or that area.

If I were in your shoes, I would first find some level concrete to park on. Take a tape measure to it and actually see what your toe looks like. And then if necessary I would trim the tie rod down a bit so you can suck them in even more without bottoming out on the steering extension. Will it fix it? No idea. But if I were in your position that's where I would start.

Yeah that’s what I’m going to do. The plan was to toe it in decent and get it finalized at a shop, but there’s no point in doing that now since they can’t adjust it in any more. It’s obviously way too toed out even to the naked eye so I’ll have to figure that out first.

ALWAYS set caster and camber first. Toe is last.

Bro, I can see from pictures your camber is straight whack. Push the rear bolt out and see what happens. And oh, ditch them stupid taco tabs if you want a good alignment.

Bro, that’s the toe making it look like that. Hard to tell from pictures, but I can assure you camber is not off that bad.

Also, rear bolt outboard would increase negative camber
