How far forward do you have the arms pushed?

All the way back, same on both sides.

I'm not worried about it really, but don't want that on a customer's truck.

For the third gens pushed forward you have to run offset mis alignment spacers to avoid that

On the lower rod end of the coilover? or where?

That might explain why I'm getting some contact with my TREs

Is there room for an offset? I thought they were 1.25" spacing with no room for offset spacers, unless it changed from the kit on my truck?

It’s still 1.25 spacing and you can pull a little bit out of it to make room

Gotcha. Wish I had a lathe.

Do you use offset misalignments for stock arms? On this other truck we are just wrapping up, I used offsets for the kings to push the coilover back just to make sure, didn't look like it would touch, but it was close

Think you forgot the response to mine. But got it ordered online this evening and threw the comment about the sc and pulley in the notes. Looking forward to it!

What does the supercharger have to do with the steering

He mentioned earlier if he can sub for a different length belt with his steering pump order for use with a super charger.

I guess I better get some of those then -- is that something I can order from like, Kartek or some place? I'm still gettin friendly with the coil/TRE.

I'm confused why you guys are worried about belts on the supercharger.. the steering pump shouldn't be on the superchargers belt system since the sc belt is in front of the serpentine belt. So you may need a longer serpentine belt depending on the pulley difference than stock but you guys shouldn't be worried about the supercharger belt.

Belt length because I totally forgot they’re on separate belts :anonymous:

Disregard my notes on the order

correct, the SC runs it’s own belt and the TC kit comes with a new serpentine belt

I wasn’t confused haha, just bumping his comment up. I honestly didnt catch it. I don’t have a super charger so my ignorance of the subject shows. Assumed it was like other cars I have had that used a single belt. Learn something new every day on these trucks.
