Got a few shots of our customer's truck that we just built up and I got to take a couple shots in the woods with him as well. Full JD LT/lca relocation in the front, and archive garage stuff in the back. 35's of course.

How much lift did you need to fit the 35’s?

Doesn’t rub if you lift it high enough. Everyone knows that.

I searched for that in an incognito tab because I was scared someone might find out one day when all our interweb data is made public.

Wife approves of the Howe pump as well. Just made her get some more seat time as I chase down some slight weeping at 2 of the lines. She sent her a little too hard haha. I’m not used to being a passenger but we hit a g out/ jump hard enough to throw the visors down upon landing and skin my elbow off the door panel. No damage to the truck. She scared the crap out of herself but we were all good other than the small amount of blood spilt. But we got back and said she really liked the steering. Just trying to get her some seat time before thanksgiving because she’ll be driving the truck while I’m on the bike

Took Dahli on her first trail ride today. She enjoyed it! I don’t think the truck goes any slower than that, but the boss lady wouldn’t let me go any faster :burnrubber:

The line going into the rack and then both lines at the pump. Think I might be down to just the return line to the pump. But with where I mounted the reservoir, I think I would be better off with 2 45° fittings vs the 90 at the pump and straight at the reservoir. Adjusted again after this ride and will check again this week after some more testing. Nothing major though.

You likely won’t get it to stop, I tried and gave up. It’s not substantial and I have yet to add fluid to it except for when the rack was out. I even made wrenches for getting at the fittings on the rack. I know it’s all tight. Sometimes that shit just happens with hydraulic stuff. That’s a whole lot of pressure.

I think my kit came with a hose that was too short from the cooler to the rack. The longest was only 36" and it had to stretch kinda weird under my rad. Would have preferred to run it across with the high pressure line and then up to the cooler.

That’s pretty much how I have mine ran. Splits off at the frame and runs to the cooler.

    Too many to remember
This is correct and 36” hose is what is needed. It’s important to have the hose routing in a sweeping fashion as hard bends restrict flow

There's no chance mine would reach like that. It had to go basically straight from the rack to the cooler. Looking at the kit pictures from the other guys they had one bigger loop and mine had all shorter lengths. Unless I'm missing something really easy

How did you run your line from the cooler to reservoir? Maybe that run was too long and that’s what made the second piece too short? If I recall, I only had to cut the return line once. I installed the fittings and found the shortest cleanest route I could and cut to the exact length needed. This is how mine is run from cooler to reservoir.

Mine looks like yours. I got 2 chunks that were basically the same length within a couple inches, so I cut the shorter one for the cooler>resi, then used the longer one for rack>cooler.

Here's a pic I had on my phone pre-install. I also didn't receive that nice 90° fitting for the overflow. No big deal though

I know I saw one other that it was ran under the radiator. If I’m recalling right, my hose came as one piece and I had to cut it.

I'm on offset + 1.25" spider trax spacers and I don't hit shaft, but I do rub fender on my 255 skinnies. A 2" cut will fix that. Already cut the front just need to cut the rears. Performed well offroad aside from that rubbing in certain spots. Crawled up a pretty craggy spot. Might go 285s next time around though. Not enough tread patch when aired down on the skinnies for my liking. Was damn near debeading. My fault for getting 17x9 wheels though so my tires are a little stretched with being skinnies. Saw a set of Gladiator take offs that I might consider snagging if I can get the skinnies sold.
