The bumper I traded for is made out of 2 inch tube. Had to cut some of the lower parts off the bumper because it hit the lower pivot kit cross bar. So I made some adapters that slid into the 2 inch tube and coped it to tie
into the jdfab cross bar. Had my buddy weld it all up for me. Its a pretty solid setup now.

I dont have an really good pics of it welded up but heres what I got.

Nice, I’m sure it’s way more stout like that. Anytime you can spread out mounting points and add triangulation like that is a win IMO. Not sure if that was Harry’s goal with the cross tube or not but I can’t see any downfalls doing it that way.

These were the best numbers I could get with stock upper and lowers and ome 884 coils. Once I get the pivots, slide rack, inner fenders, and uca hoping to be able to get it close to what Harry said.

That's pushed forward the full 1"? That cant be right. You should gain at least 3-4 degrees of caster going the full 1". I know I did...

No this is without the pivots. I’m picking them up with my inner fenders. Just posting a before with stock max adjustments then when I get the alignment after I’ll post another.

Yeah, just wanted to post a stock adjustment to reference how much more adjustment you get with the pivots and uca without LT.

    Ocotillo wells was fun.
+4 kit ate everything up. I still need inner fenders and a better rear set up.

Truck did much better when I only had the free bleed open 1 turn. I don’t wanna get into revlaving anything until I switch up the rear set up.

Oh yeah, every time I had an oh shit moment out there, the front ate it. I’m gaining so much confidence with this front end. As far as the rear… Haha it’s on oem geometry sua. Archive’s sua kit. 539HD pack with a few leaves removed. 14in smoothies. I think it’s pulling about 13.5 travel out of the shocks. I’m not sure what wheel travel it’s got. Needs a whole revamp to keep up with the front.
Gotta cool it with the truck purchases for a few months. Trying to enjoy it as is for now.

You have to cut the tubes a little long and sneak up on it. I wasted about 3 feet trying to get these all to fit really good. Not bad considering it was a total of 24 separate tubes to do the subframe.

Whoa there buddy…. DMZ ain’t nothing to sneeze at on @Airdog ‘s rig.

There’s still some good Inverted-shackle kits out there. DMZ and DK being at the top of my list. But there’s pros and cons to both. All being said, The JD SUA kit is my fave for sure.

As usual you are wrong. I’ve never been chasing my front. The front has ran out of travel before my rear since day 1. My comments after my first run was that my rear needed better tuning since I went LT upfront. It’s only because of the LT front that I even noticed it. Since I’ve shortened up the bumps and made adjustments to the bypass tubes it’s like butter out there now. I have no complaints at all.
