    Only photo I have from repairing the front end with @Skell

    3E44B524-CDAC-42F8-BEF4-2ECC999F7BC4.jpg

    cross member weld nuts were broken and stuck in the gross member. Turned them to liquid to get them out.

    Bent the LCA mounts back before any photos were taken :(

    @81Trekker
    Did you have to move the coilover tabs on the LCA further forward to clear axle after moving the uniball 1" forward?

    I already have my kit sitting in the shop, so I won't bother posting anything, not that it's near as bad as @Arcticelf anyway! Cool contest! I dig.

    Hopefully I can get at this project on the weekend, but might be going camping instead! :welder:

    Thanks, apparently 3/16 alignment plates over the Total Chaos gussets wasn't enough.

    I just wish I could point to a single incident or hit that did it.

    Not great pictures but they get the point across. These were taken today post the repair. A big hammer, TC gussests, and the frame has been pulled.

    Kind of hard to tell with the LCA in the way and the lighting but the passenger side LCA mount is pushed back a bit.

    The alignment cam doesn't always like to fit and has started to damage the TC gussets. (I did not weld these gussets. These were done years ago by a buddy and welding was not his talent.
    6969B5B4-9F60-476E-8DF6-28511A911CFE.jpg

    Then the cracks where the LCA mounts meet the frame. Pretty much on all 4.
