Hell. I’m still rocking then 1” square vertical torsion bars for suspension. Travel is about whatever the slack is for the bolt. Ha
    But the bumper is done.
    We back on track?

Did Ryan build that bumper from scratch @snowsk8air2 ? Definitely one of the best looks I’ve seen for tube style front ends on a 3rd gen. The hybrid bumper has been done to death as of late

Yeah, started with the warfab chop kit which basically gives a starting plate and winch mount. I’m super happy with how this came out. Makes me want to redo my own if it weren’t for material costs

I looked for similar with no luck. What I ended up doing was welding a nipple on the tube its self to run the vent on.

    Too many to remember
That was a piece I reused from the OE TRD intake. On all the other ones I’ve done I just weld a nipple on the aluminum tube

Boost, armor, lights, big tires, no savings.
Are those the 255/85r17 Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T? I can hardly find any info on those... a 35x10 may be a real nice size for the Tacoma.
    Nice friggin setup/

@Sixthelement how much trimming, particularly the fenders, with the skinnier tires and positive offset wheels.

    Stock-ish
With my 35x10.5 kendas, +18mm offset wheels I did almost zero trimming besides a cmc. With 1.25 spacers and +18mm offset, I trimmed the slightest out of the corner of the front fender. Fit super easy, zero trimming in the rear

When I ran 255's I had no issues with clearance. But I didn't keep them long. They just aren't on par with a wider tire in my opinion. Though they did go down the road very well.
