I'm not the right person to ask those questions. Some long term investments blew up over the last 2 yrs.

It would seem that way for cash atleast... unfortunately my wallet is so light it escapes the gravity of this black hole free of that pesky cash weight....

Not familiar. Does that stand for onlyfans? I heard that’s a quick way to make a buck.

It better, I’ve been driving a 98 Acura cl with no heat, no ac, no radio. After today’s weather here (only 90) I have decided to rip out the dash and replace the heater core, blower motor, and get under the hood for the condenser and ac compressor. I took ac for granted until it was gone

Put me in the I don’t know group. I don’t personally know of anyone who has made a substantial amount from crypto. I know a lot that have lost money though.

Oh I know, it's just massively overlooked in a lot of crypto conversations, which I just don't understand

Yeah I hear that a lot, too. Not saying you didn’t. I’m sure some folks have made a killing. I’m sure it’s not the norm. I have yet to feel like I’ve missed the boat on crypto though and we invest/save about 75% of our income. I would be shooting myself in the foot neglecting my own business to day trade someone else’s or follow crypto. I am pretty limited to passive means of investing. I keep an open mind though haha

I’ve never once sold or traded anything I’ve purchased, it’s all long term buy and hold as a hedge against inflation.

The US continues to print money like it’s going out of style (almost a 25% year over year increase in the M2 money supply) meaning even if you grow your business at 25% per year you are essentially treading water.

Look at these alternatives as limited supply store of value. I’ll leave the day trading for the kids in their parents basements... besides I’d rather build trucks all day.

Same here. I bought and let it bake. I even accept BTC as payment on side work I do. I look at things a few times a week. Occasionally I hit something right and make more. With that said, I do feel crypto is on the higher end of the risk scale.

That’s a risky hedge against inflation haha but I get the notion. If I felt crypto had actual value to society I’d bring it into the fold. I lump it in with how I feel about NFTs and the Metaverse. It feels like buying digital furniture. Maybe it does have value and contributes to making life better and I don’t see it yet. I keep an open mind. We are setting up for some serious shit with the haphazard spending and printing of money.

All it takes is a fat bank account. I am sure Harry, Jesse and Dave would love to build you one.
