One step closer to JD Fabbed. Even a deal on a used machine puts me back a ways, but will recover and hope to start ordering parts.

It's Saturday. Go to the beach and catch some waves or whatever people who live at the beach do... Something other than working on other peoples trucks (or helping other people work on their own trucks). :boink:

I was being slightly sarcastic... in reality I’ll probably strap it around 28. Should be more than enough to keep up with the 18 in the front

So close yet so far away. The fab portion is nearly over, but the body work is dragging. The excitement is starting to get the best of me.

Today was definitely a struggle bus for me for sure. Was working on installing my ford 9 and 2 hiccups. One the ARB is leaking go figure no biggie I'll tear it apart and fix it at a later date. Biggest issue is bleeding the brakes I can sit there and gravity bleed them for hrs. Then go to try and manually bleed them with someone in the truck get 1-2 good presses and it's gone no more fluid flowing. I think the ABS module is fucking with me. First go was a dead MC for the rear no flow or anything. So I picked up some brake Ts and am going to delete that damn ABS once and for all. I've been having lots of trouble getting the brakes bled and a good pedal for a while now. Hopefully this fixes it. If not I'll start replacing brake hoses maybe one has a small obstruction or starting to collapse.

If you dont actuate the solenoids in the ABS module you will never get a good bleed. The Lines going to the ABS from the MC are M12. The lines coming out of the ABS module are M10. If you get the m10 tees you will need to get a m12 to m10 reducer. Here is a link for the reducer. https://www.ebay.com/itm/331631059619
I could not find a Tee that had 1 double flare m12 with 2 double flare m10. So that is why I went with the reducer. Your other option is all custom made brake lines.
