I'd be first in line for a core support built similarly to the inner fenders. I too don't really dig the tube structure and would like something a little beefier than stock. I figured I'd get one of the better quality cores then add some additional strengthening where mine is failing. FWIW mine is failing in many places not just the DS.

So, was able to get into a little bit of actual go faster stuff.
Even manually going full bump and checking for clearance and such with a jack. Still found some rubbing that should be fixed with the JD Inners. So, I wasnt able to compress my rubber bumps enough under static weight of the truck to clearance.
Then on the bigger whoops. The rear even with 12" shocks and spring over. Yea, found its limit. Granted I'm missing weight on the back and the one Radflo is leaking. Staying spring over for the foreseeable future for now. Just changing to bypasses to hopefully make the rear work a bit better.
Not trying to make my truck keep up with the super go fast trucks. But be a bit better and work decent when bombing down 2 tracks through AZ and UT.

Just a simple Archive kit with 12" 2.5 Radlfo and All Dog Performance leafs which are a style of RXT. Multi leaf that you can vary for loads. I have all leaves in because of the old rack and rtt.
GFC goes on in a few weeks.

Have fun making that rear work better when all you have is 4” uptravel. Trust me. I tried and tried. You just can’t work with 4”. I got mine fairly decent. But no matter what the go fast stuff just wasn’t very good. Take the money you’re going to spend on bypasses and put it towards SUA.

Mr. Harry, how far forward can you go on the pivots with the 2.25” kit? I’ll be doing hydro and could place it wherever need be if tie rods are the determining factor. Anything to help clear 40’s would be nice.

If you're doing full hydro you can push it forward all the way. Zero reason you couldn't. But you will be into the headlights 100% with 40's

I just to not try to go into big go fast stuff. And remember I’m just trying to add travel and make it more fun for an overall experience.

I’d be very careful with a full hydro system and 40’s. You are essentially bolting a hydraulic tubing bender to the front of your truck. The correct way to do it is to have the double ended ram built with internal stops otherwise you will destroy the spindles, especially the steering arms. You will also need a TC pump and big cooler as the fluid will get hot quick. Call me if you want help setting the truck up with the correct parts let me know and we can work with Howe... fair warning it won’t be cheap but it will be done right

Biggest tip I’ve got to help it for now is get aggressive with valving. It won’t ride the best all the time but it will do better in rough stuff. Also get the softest bumps you can find.
