Where abouts in BC are you? I've installed several of the LCA pivot kits and my shop is in Cloverdale, BC if you have any questions or need anything. We have a bunch of the JD stuff in stock, but also happy to just show you a few things or answer questions.

@81Trekker is there a huge difference in the bump stop tabs for 2.25” and 4” kit. I’m thinking of upgrading to the 4” later if you come out with those spindles

The 4” tabs push the bump further away from the frame.

Sorry this is slightly derailing from the intent of the thread, but I'm interested in a singular component out of the spring under kit...

Does anyone have some more pics of the u bolt plates? I'm still spring over on 63" leafs but it's been tight packing an airspring on top of a normal plate due to the threads/nuts sticking up high.
was hoping maybe the spring under high clearance style might be good to use on the other side (top side for me) of the leaf pack to gain a little more up travel.

Do you have a side profile pic with the front end and grill mounted that shows how far the bumper sticks out?

Just wanted to say THANKS so much for these unreal products and to everyone who helped with parts, labour, advice and troubleshooting

Thank you Harry and Jesse for the ridiculously good support and thank you Braeden for all the calls, emails and for showing me the edge of the black hole with the lower pivot kit

That looks good and it’s pretty high clearance. What size winch you able to fit in there, and how the hell do you even have room to fit a winch? I mounted mine pretty high to a point where it can almost not be removed without taking off the grill and you’re looks higher. Did you rework all the OEM bracing for the hood latch/front clip?

This truck is fully converted. It started as a second gen. So I built all of the bracing around the winch. All I have to do to pull the winch is remove the grill and the lower skid to access the bolts.

Really surprised I haven’t got a call to pick up my axle. What in the hell is @81Trekker doing down there in sunny San Diego????

anyways…. Does anyone with a JDFab SUA know what the measurement is between their leaf spring centering pins?? Just wonder how it compares to the DMZ setup. It’s gotta be close.
    Harry you just keep welding!
