Custom pack from Alcan. Pack was made for 700lbs (total not just rear weight) over stock, 2" lift. Rides much better than the Icon RXT pack it replaced.

Just a heads up guys the Uniball conversion kits are done for those wanting to upgrade. Please email jesse@jdfabrication with your original order number and we will get yours mailed out. Also please do not DM, text or call me about these… you must email so we can keep track of everything. Thanks!

This is one of them moments that’s kind of bitter sweet. Honestly, I know you guys tried to innovate. You tried to do something new. Which our world needs more of. I feel bad about the entire situation though. I know it can’t be cheap making this right for those of us who had issues.

But I respect the hell out of it. And it’s something I hope everyone remembers.

Definitely not cheap but standing behind our products and keeping customers happy is most important. We also learned a lot and it forced us to innovate… we now have the JD Joints on all new kits which is IMO the most bad ass joint ever… stronger than a Uniball and sealed like a ball joint

Co-worker just received his 2.25 kit for his FJ.. got my grubby hands on it all. Beautiful stuff. Looking forward to slapping it all in. @snowsk8air2, I may be reaching out when we go to do it all.. no way to get it up there.. but some phone calls or a weekend trip down here might be helpful. I'll keep you posted. Still gathering parts, including the pivot kit.

Done 3 pivot kit installs now. Happy to answer any questions you have when you guys are ready to go. Definitely no extra trips until after koh for me though. It’s crunch time and I got too much to do between now and then haha

Yup, read that. So, 105 just like the EMF for the new ones that were received recently. Thanks.

What in the world. How?! I thought the second/third ball joint design was to prevent this.

    ^This...

A big  to everyone who's working out all of the kinks and surprises in the Front Kits. I should have a BombProof kit by the time I make the order in February..pending on the front bypasses whenever Fox knocks my order out..

Pulled up went to back into parking spot to pick up oldest go to his friends event at the high school.
I texted @snowsk8air2 and while he was grabbing my jack stands from his house. I got it up on my offroad jack and we were able to get it into the spot. Tire is off. Its on stands and safe now.
yea, rack definitely weeping. I do have a BasikBiker rack to go in. yea the inner part of the cv pulled but that'll be easy to pop back in. Them hose clamps held like a champ on the boot.
I got the email Monday that Jesse was sending out the parts. Hopefully they get here quick. If no surprises. Should be ok to swap there then can get to the shop to swap rest and go over everything again.
We just went over all this in late August too. Other than one overland trip along the GC rim that was very chill and two short camp trips. Its been all just DD to work and back. 10miles a day stuff.

Whoa. Was that with the EMF joint? That’s straight up dangerous. Having serious doubts about the materials used in the joint now in addition to premature wear.

Edit: hope nothing happens to me on my way to work in 30 mins…

At least the new style Uniballs are more traditional and easier to inspect and check. Verus these. You can see at some point it cracked. but where it cracked unless your pulling it to NDI the joint probably never going to see it.
Get in the new parts and it'll be better. I'll feel better with more standard uniball upper and lower once in
