Call up JD, I think they have some batch tracking per order. I believe they have called everyone they thought was affected but never hurts to check.

BTW I realized I may have added confusion in my previous post. The heat treat issue I am aware of (and affected by) is about the JD joints. I am not sure if the uniball conversions from the EMF setup had any issues or not.

The advice I got was not to jump it but perhaps that's because Jesse knows I have a lead foot and make bad choices. I'm still hitting the dirt and riding it pretty hard but I am explicitly not jumping it or flying through whoops until I get the new hardware.

    Arrived today..

Don't think that I'll have to worry about the Top Bolt Head punching through the Inner Fender , or CV/Birfield clearance at the bottom with these guys. Once again a shout out to JDFab for their customer service giving me the upgrade, even though the Front Kit was bought used and they know it..

Total Chaos mid-travel front. JD Fab SUA rear.
    Edit/update:
Jesse called me regarding the ball joint issue. We are scheduling for them to do the replacements at the shop.
I asked about the shock tower ‘update.’ Essentially this is to completely reduce the possibility of the steering tie rods from rubbing the coils while keeping the travel the same. The lower rod end will be lengthened but the spring g cup will stay the same size. Travel and ride height won’t be affected.

The raising of the upper shock mount is what I want more info on. As well as if they have any info on the steering solution 74weld is working on. 74Weld says they will have a new rack out by the end of the year. Even though my change to the 2.25" over from JDFab stock length set up will be a while I am contemplating taking advantage of the 15% off and picking up most of the parts.

    Whole lotta stuff
Anyone happen to know the torque for the bottom nylock nut where the 1” uniball bolts to the spindle adapter? I keep meaning to call the shop but I always remember right after business hours. Figure it should be more than stock spec since that’s a castle nut.

JDFab is always working on something new makes it a little tough to pull the trigger on what currently exists.
