First off, will they clear without a lift? And second, do you deliver?

I think after the first 20 feet of driving it should clear once those lugs shred everything around them.

    Will those impact my MPG?

    Will a regear be needed?

As long as you stay above 50 and downhill you should actually get better mpg due to the larger size.

    Oh look, another mod....
I'm going to put these on my Taco, then complain about: Road noise, shitty MPG's, and the suspension being fucked up. After driving with 'em on for 25k miles, I'll cry on this site that I want the warranty from Toyota to cover the dumb shit that I did to my truck!

Ain't that how it works on this site?

This will actually fit under the bed in the stock position for your spare. You just gotta remove the cab.

Thats how it works for the ignorant. Those that know, don't make those type of adjustments.
