Was in my 4runner on south blvd at 5:30 today. Saw the Olde North State Cruisers meet at icehouse I think, they had some sweet classic FJ's.

    I don't take it, that's why I have the 4runner :D

Uwharrie is a pretty good place for wheeling, just be careful which trails you choose to run as a couple of them are a little difficult, mainly Daniel. There is trip being planned for April, look in the regional section.

yea, there don't seem to be many tacoma outtings around here. in fact i have considered selling my taco since i never drive it. it is however good in the snow so who knows... i took it down to Gulches once with some jeeps. I fared okay except for one section i had to sit out. otherwise i was good, just a little long... had a few 5 pt turns!

not sure how much i could get for a '11 12K taco with 10K in mods. will likely just keep instead of swallowing that loss!

Amazing truck, looks fantastic. How well does it all handle off road?

Thank you! Handled pretty well down at Gulches in SC last summer. Great clearance with the RCD lift. Only other thing its been through is a storm where the river rose... forged down a gravel road for about a 1/2 mile in over 2-2.5ish feet of water. Nothing crazy but just under the doors and was definitely fun.

It would have been nice to have a winch (or even some tow straps on board) when it snowed because people were stuck all over the place... but I couldn't help...
