    doesnt matter how you feel the law should be, if you want to keep driving you need to abide by the law.

    In the event that you DO get it approved, in the future a cop can see that you had this issue before. And you took off the correction.

    Many states require mudflaps and fender flares. Especially states where its cold, where they use sand/salt/coal on the roads. THey dont want you flinging shit around and hitting other peoples cars. Cause then it goes from friendly cop getting you on tires, to dick cop cause you owe three people new windshields.

    good choice.

    speeding ticket would be a big hassle to with traffic school and insurance stuff. Sorry about the title, too bad i cant edit it.

    Borrow a set of factory skinny tires, get it signed off, bolt your tires back on.

    Also, just carry some cheap double sided tape that is easy off and glue the mud flaps on for the inspection, when you get around the corner, pull them off and save for next time.
