    Hello TW

Just wanted to put this out there to help anyone who may be experiencing a sudden rattle sound underneath your Tacoma.
Mine is a 2016 and only has 60k miles and just the other day when i took off i noticed this rattling vibrating sound .. i would only hear when taking off or going up an incline .. other times it was quiet.
Today i found the culprit of the noise while looking under my truck i notice there were 2 bolts completely missing on cover that goes around catalytic converter. They obviously just rusted away .. probably the Ohio winters and all the road salt and brine didn't help.
Just wanted to share so if anyone else has this issue check and make sure your bolts are intact not only on this part but all the heat shields as well.
EASY fix as i just got a couple stainless 1/4-28 bolts, washers and nylock nuts.

Hope this is helpful to someone, i'd hate to think if you were to take your truck to the dealership what they may try and tell you is wrong .. not saying all dealerships are dishonest but they do exist.
