Cooper Discoverer AT3 Heavy Duty Tow Package

I am towing a 23 ft travel trailer with a weight of 4500 pounds, tows great but when I hit a bump I get bounce between the trailer and the truck. No swaying or anything just bounce, I have been told everything from air ride suspension kits with hd shocks to add a leaf spring anyone have same problem and how did you fix it.

the trailer and the truck are both level, I had a reese high performance weight distribution hitch with trunnions installed.
