Urd sent me pdf with the instructions. Looks pretty straight forward. You have to cut the quill if it's not already broken.it comes with new lines and an adapter plate. Also you have to bleed the system. If my reasearch is correct I think it's an excedy hydrolic bearing off a newer v8 mustang gt

oh, then I wont offer to help out lol. If you were local, I would've said I'd swing by if you need help with the install in exchange for seeing the kit in person.

We'll see! I would not tackle this job without the proper equipment. Feels like a new truck tho!!! Super grip!! Feels poppy!!! In or out. A littler smoother acceleration.

Hey there tko. I just recently got this kit and installed everything myself as well. I only got the hydrobearing kit from urd though. Tried to save myself some money and went with a napa clutch and had my flywheel machined. Since ive gotten everything put back together though i can not get my clutch to release far enough to get the trans in gear. My clutch pedal is also extremely stiff. I was just wondering if you had any problems bleeding your clutch when you were finished or if you noticed having a stiffer pedal.
    Thanks

Mine is working great. Did you adjust pedal free play? Did you bleed the system properly. I clamped the line before I took all the old hard lines off. I drove all the way to Denver no problems. It says to adjust pedal play at 750, 1200 then every 10000 miles.

Mine was a little stiff at first. I just took it easy for the first 750 miles. It's seems to be smoothing out. When I took off the old bearing there was a worn groove on the quill of the bell housing. The old bearing was crap

Hey sorry to be just now replying ive been busy working and working on the truck. I talked to the machinist that did my flywheel and thought maybe that was the issue, so i ordered a new flywheel and put in. Still having same problem. And yes i put the ring on the clutch fingers. Followed the instructions pretty close. Its pretty cut and dry thats what has me so pissed lol.
