Fixing a UWS toolbox

    i just bought an 09 Tacoma that came with a black UWS toolbox. The paint is flaking off on the lid. Any suggestions on how to refinish the box. I have thought about rhino lining the box but don't really want that finish. I like the clean black look of the box.
