Fixing my E-brake

    my driver's side rear was stuck for a period of time during the winter two years ago. when my brother did my inspection he used a mini-sledge to "coax" it to loosen up (the lever). since then I have occasionally sprayed some PBaster on it at random times to keep it free. I have never adjusted the cable nor the rear brakes (still on the original shoes @121k) and I use the e-brake when I park on inclines.
