FJ Anthracite Wheels

Looking for opinions - located a new set, but they are asking $225/ea for them. Are they worth that to you guys? I know they are rare, but are they $225/ea rare? I know they will look good on my MGM DC, but..... I guess its sticker shock to some degree for a "stock" wheel. Opinions?

 

i seen the silver ones on websites brand new for 200 so i dont think thats totally nuts . i guess it all depends how bad ya want em. youd be the envy of many ....lol

Hard to find new, maybe, rare? Not even close almost everyone on the forum has them.

Thanks guys! I'm new to the world of Tacoma's - just trying to decide which route to take. I really dont want a black rim on my truck, I like the MT Classic II's ( or similar wheels) but can't figure out if they fit correctly without any mods to calipers.

I believe it's Shannon who gave me this price ( Champion Toyota - Houston).

 

225 a wheel is too pricey IMO!

 

I just paid 135 each from the dealer.

 

Thought you couldn't just walk up to a dealer and ask for a special edition wheel?

 

The sales guy told me that you can't get the black SE wheels. The gray anthracite wheels were not a problem.

That's the problem right there. I used to live about 10 mins. away from that dealership and used to get parts for my IS300 there so I'm very familiar with how they over inflate prices. I wouldn't buy it from them.
