    A few bolts are different.
    no. I'm pretty sure there is different mounting hardware/location on the FJ boards.

    not at all.
    Not even with drilling your own holes and putting in your own nuts. Those arms are too short. and angled wrong

    If you wanted to, you could always cut and weld though... If you were hard up... some channel steel and a pipe bender.
