I am new to this, so please excuse my ignorance.

I just bought a 2013 double cab TRD sport. I am looking at buying a set of FJ TRD wheels. The FJ wheels are 16" and the stock Sport wheels are 17". I am under the impression these will fit, is this correct?

What size tires should I look for? I will be running the stock suspension. I do not have plans for a lift at this time. Could I run a slightly larger than stock tire withou rubbing issues? Does anyone have size suggestions?

I would also like a slightly more aggressive tire, but I primarily do highway driving with very occasional off road use. Any suggestions on a nice looking tire with good on road performance?

Thanks in advance for the advice.

Yes, you are correct. FJ's have the same 6 bolt pattern. I have a set of 17" OEM Fj's powder coated black on my taco. I do primarily highway driving myself and couldn't be happier with the Michelin LTX A/T2 tires.

As stated the FJ Cruiser wheels will fit. I got mine from Toyotapartsales.com for a great price. I run 255/85-16 on them, but I also have an icon 3" lift.

You can probably run the same setup as me, since it seems like we both have the same idea in mind (stock suspension, 16" FJ wheels, and slightly aggressive tire). I run Firestone Destination AT's 265/75 16 with no rubbing issues

You can run 265/75-16 without issue.
