Has anyone found a good solution to mount a US Flag to a Prinsu rack? Let's see those big brains at work!

I spoke to Jericho and sent them pictures of the Prinsu and 80/20. They said their stuff is off-road use only so that makes me a bit nervous. That being said the Quick Release just needs a 5/8 hole. I'm not too sure if I should trust the quick release part though, I'd like to drive on I-95 with a flag and I go about 70mph......

No! I never found a good way to go about it. But now I have a pop up camper so I'll probably do a PVC pipe caddy since I can side mount it on the thick rails.

I've been looking into some options for mine I noticed there is a mount that sherpa racks make and seems like it would work good with an gmrs antenna spring and should be good for speeds up to 70 from what I was looking into.

I'm no physics expert, but it would seem that a whip antenna would produce a fraction of the drag that a piece of fabric would.

I have a flip up flag mount on mine, but I don't drive down the interstate, just set it up when I camp. Flying the flag at 70 MPH on the highway is abusing the flag, it'll shred to pieces really fast, and will not last, I personally don't see it as a respectable way to fly the flag, because of how fast they get damaged. That's just my opinion, I'm not attacking you, it's just how I see it as a military veteran. Do you have a plan to properly dispose of the flag once it shreds? Can you afford to replace it when it does?

I like flip up flag mount idea. But in OP's case, he has topper, there is no way to mount big flag up there, because the bridge could knock it off. Unless, he mounts the mini flag. He could mount a flag at the hitch. You can mount flag on window like sport fans have.

If it was me, I'd use the flag decals on windows instead which is it lasts longer.

If you have an off road bumper with recovery points, Rago makes a mount designed to clamp into a shackle point. The bracket could probably be mounted to the side of a Prinsu in a way that would enable putting a short whip into it to mount a flag.

Yessir. I served in the Honor Guard and teach flag care in Boy Scouts. I don't see anything wrong with running a flag if it is well kept and illuminated. But I do appreciate your respect for the value and meaning of our flag.
