Union Springs. The fast way will take, what.. 45 min? that is up the side of the mountain that has no rocks, and its prerunner capable. Thats where we saw the stock Subaru and Jeep Liberty camping. Thats the pansy way.

The "advanced" one we have done this past time took about 30-45 min depending on pace.

yea, because you are LT, and just doing 55 and nothing technical. I dont think that counts.

@90yota was leading the charge with king coils...don't need LT for it. Just more comfy, only technical part at all is the rock face at the end. I know a few others could easily hang with us at that pace, but aftermarket coils are preferred.

I assume the technical sections that you are referring to were done on Friday of that weekend right?

No. John and I were messing around. No way we could have gotten to the top, without taking the pansy way, in 30-45 min.

Would be curious to try out that route next time since you guys are familiar with it. Got any footage by chance? Sounds like some good stuff.

its just a fast way to the top so you can have more time to mess around there. There are small side roads that dont lead anywhere too. Take the road past the turnoff for Hone Quarry, and follow that to the top.

Sounds like a plan man. I think I am one of the few from our group who probably has the least sense of direction at flagpole.

I'm not on LT and hauled ass. Our night run I was right behind him (you and I are on the same front suspension also). But he came up the same way you did to get to the camping spot. So wouldn't he have done the same lines as you did.

@Wheelspinner wasnt asking how fast it can be done. I think he said in general. Not in a race
