    Yup, that's the one!

Also there's an Oregano's off of Country Club just up the 40 East from downtown if you ever can't get into the one in town

That's the one that we've been going to more often recently.

I have a tendency to use campus as a "short-cut" to bypass traffic on Milton.

I live close to Lake Mary Road and always look forward to Summer and Winter break, that's when NAU truly becomes a shortcut for me to get around town.

But when graduation is going on (for both NAU and the High Schools) forget about it! you're better off taking Beulah down to the Fairgrounds and hopping on I-17 then to I-40 to at least get to Butler.

Yeah I used to live by the old Hankins on that side of town and would either take back roads to get to 66 if I needed to get near downtown, or head up lake Mary, to lone tree to get to butler. Now I'm way out in doney park and only have to deal with it really when I have class

I lived in Doney Park in high school and I liked it a lot.
When I was going to NAU I tried for my first semester to stay at home and save money, but that only lasted about 2 weeks.
If I forgot a textbook I was screwed for that class!

lol I love it out here. Luckily I only left my backpack at home once and had to leave work early so I wasn't late for class. But love the area and love having access to the cinders around the corner. Probably wouldn't have gone LT if I didn't move here

I live out by Country Club so I'm lucky enough to get to just take the 40 between school and home

Any interest in a little meet/ gathering off pavement anytime this weekend? Cinders? Or maybe a loop around the north side of the peaks and then hit the lava tubes? I'm not 100% if I can even do it yet this weekend, but thought I'd throw the idea out and try to get some interest

Trying to get some new shocks put on before I take the truck anywhere. I'd be down for a brewery meet, though, if we get enough people interested

So I've run into a bit of a problem working on the truck that involves hogging out some bushings. Anyone have a drill they're willing to lend me for the afternoon? Doesn't have to be today

just like a normal drill or does it have to be a drill press?

Go to Anderson general tire, pay for their lifetime alignment (costs the same as 2 alignments so it will pay for itself quickly) and have them try to set castor between 3-3.5. That's where I was running mine with my mid travel setup. They do good work there and aren't afraid of aftermarket parts

I am running a 3" lift with SPC UCA's and recently had my truck aligned and I requested that the caster be set to 3.2 and the Toe & Camber be as close to 0.0 as possible.
They were able to get pretty close to the numbers I requested and things seems to be working out well.
As far as I understand it, you are correct about caster being the issue as you lift your truck. Increased ride height = more caster needed .

Yep as soon as you lift it you need more castor. Plus it helps keep you tracking straight when bouncing through the bumpy stuff. I went all the way to 4.5 when I switched to LT. Made it a smudge twitchy on road but it is amazing off road.
