Flapping/Rasping Noise

    Greetings,
    Recently installed refurb engine in a 2000 Tacoma 2.7 4x4. There's a flapping/rasping noise when accelerating (when engine warm or cold). Noise was louder before (prior to attached video) i asked mechanic about it; said it was exhaust manifold and did something to reduce the noise, but noise still persists.
    Attaching a video for noise I'm describing; sorry, it's crappy quality and volume needs to be turned up to hear the noise I'm describing; in video I am accelerating and then not accelerating to accentuate noise.
    Can anyone give me info on this noise?
