Can’t seem to get a straight answer to this question?? Is the flasher relay under dashboard driver side??? If so is there an easier way to get at it, as a posed to removing most of the dashboard.

    Yes

Only the left lower dash panel exposing the JB/1. It is in the back side on the top of the JB/1 box. Easy to access if you loosen up the JB/1 by removing three bolts holding it. Doable without removing JB/1 but tight spot.
